If you use the Gmail website, open Gmail settings. Paste your signature into the signature editor, turn on the checkbox below the signature editor, and click ‘Save Changes.’
If you use the Yahoo Mail website, open settings (the gear icon at the top right) in Yahoo Mail and click ‘Accounts’ in the left pane. Choose your account, paste your signature into the signature editor, and check the box to ‘Append a signature to the emails you send.’ Click ‘Save.’
If you use the Outlook app, you may need to update the font manually after pasting. Arial is a good choice.
If you use the Windows Mail app, we recommend using the ‘No Photo’ version of the email signature.
Many email apps do not support the image version of our email signature. We recommend using the ‘No Photo’ version on your device.
If you use the default Mac Mail app, turn off “Always match my default message font.”
If you use the default iOS Mail app, paste your signature in Settings app > Mail > Signature. Then shake your device until you see ‘Undo Change Attributes’ and tap ‘Undo.’
Some other email apps do not support the image version of our email signature. If you don’t see your photo in your email app, try the ‘No Photo’ version.
