Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Apply an understanding of healthcare master data management attributes and requirements to Oracle Cloud Product Master Data Management and Product Data Hub solutions
Provide insight to global regulations related to product and equipment master data including patient billing requirements
Define designs for ongoing product enhancements and review and gain approval from key internal stakeholders.
Work closely with Development, QA and strategy teams, following our Agile-Scrum processes
Excel at cross-functional collaboration, and will seamlessly flow between understanding high-level strategic planning and diving into details - helping design, test and bringing the feature to market.
Lead teams in the development of solutions for integrated business processes including projects involving country specific requirements
Prototype and describe either new features or changes to existing Product Information Management features
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.
Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality
Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Develop the expertise and become fully competent and the subject matter expert of any assigned product, product area, industry or technology through independent research, study and other means
Marry market trends with customer needs related to emerging technologies. Drive these technologies into Oracle cloud Applications by doing thorough research on the technology adoption.
Skills and Experience:
6 - 10 years of experience in healthcare master data management software development environment or related area
Technical abilities that include basic knowledge of Cloud software Stack/architecture or related area, web services and SQL.
Experience with healthcare product data standards and regulations including pharmaceuticals
Ability to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization, Strong communication, presentation and knowledge sharing skills.
Proven team player with desire to work in a cross-functional team environment and open to a wide variety of challenges spanning across various product management functions.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
Ability to lead and work autonomously
BS / BA, MS / MA / MBA degree or equivalent work experience.
Desirable Experience:
Experience with SaaS/Cloud offerings and proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

California Pay Range: from $100,200 to $225,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $93,700 to $202,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $103,500 to $214,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $115,000 to $214,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
