As a Product Manager focused on Course and Credit Mobility at Parchment you'll be responsible for owning the lifecycle for a portfolio of services that the market sees as must-haves for facilitating the postsecondary transfer.
Here are some of the most important things you'll do:
Be a domain expert who can balance a thirty-thousand-foot view with a view from the ground on the state of postsecondary transfer, the related data tools and standards, and the technology community that supports this education pathway.
Back your hard-earned intuition with business cases that show the financial benefit of your hypotheses.
Build a product roadmap that guides the evolution of services supporting the teaching institutions that issue a credit, the learners who need to earn that credit, and the institutions who need to evaluate that credit.
Assist in the design, planning, testing, implementation, training, and support of new products and feature enhancements.
Draw insights and inspiration from our users' research, trends in the market, and colleagues inside and outside Parchment to imagine, then implement, the future of our credit mobility.
Help development teams efficiently and continuously deliver value to our markets.
Understand and distill the challenges our users and Support teams face to prioritize ad hoc work on to resolve emergent issues.
Get the best out of others by operating as an effective teammate in a distributed organization.
Exert your influence by representing Parchment through documentation, pitches, and presentations.

Experience:
3+ years of software product management experience.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a multi-million annual revenue product throughout its lifecycle.
Operational experience with postsecondary credit evaluation and transfer highly valued.
Solid technical background and hands-on experience with agile software development, SaaS strategies, and solutions.
BS or MS in Information or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
