Within Global Strategy & Operations, the Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT), is the business analysis and business decisioning arm of Global Commercial Services (GCS) responsible for studying business performance and uncovering practical insights to support GCS growth.
The SPT Capabilities group leads tools strategy for our 4,000+ colleagues in the field (face-to-face) and telephone teams who manage new sales and the retention and of existing business. We are responsible for partnering across the entire GCS business – including sales and client management, Marketing, Product Development & Operations to accelerate the growth of the GCS business by equipping an outstanding B2B customer-facing organization. This includes introducing innovative solutions and crafting roadmaps for the most viable integrations to provide a seamless and outstanding prospect and customer sales experience.
Our team is working to craft an outstanding sales process using technology, AI, and Machine Learning. We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic problem solver who sees the opportunity in every challenge. Key Responsibilities
Work with customers, key stakeholders, and partners to define a product vision and roadmap
Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap requirements
Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance
Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities
Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria
Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog consistent with Outcomes and Product Roadmap and performs story elaboration with the implementation team
Partners with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Product Management with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategy
Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies
Proven track record managing large, complex features or products with multiple partners
Bachelor’s Degree in equivalent field required; advanced degree preferred
Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
