The role is situated in the Analytics Platform - Compute and Modelling team which has the responsibility to build a green-field Financial Modelling and Analytical Product Suite. The Product Manager's focus will be to create an excellent user... experience and workflow for our global customers across asset classes on both the buy and sell-side; from large banks to hedge funds and everything in-between. The Modelling user experience and workflow will consider all aspects of the Model Development Lifecycle (MDLC) from Data Preparation, Build, Test and Training through to Deployment and Use. Responsibilities Research, define and validate from scratch the customer experience of a next generation Risk Management Environment for the global financial community. Identify and build close customer relationships to understand and evolve the product market fit and pivot toward areas of maximum opportunity. Create and communicate Customer Personas and Customer Journey's to steer the product strategy and vision. Lead the Customer Advisory Board for the proposition, presenting the roadmap and seeking customer engagement and agreement on the direction. Daily collaboration with Research, UX/UI Design, Engineering, Product and Delivery Managers to execute on the vision. Requirements Extensive Experience in Product Management and in building Financial Analytical Products/Services Previous Experience with UX/UI and interface design, building User Experiences, Customer Journey specification and creation Understanding of the Modelling Development Lifecycle for Financial Models including AI and Machine Learning Techniques Prior Experience of working closely with agile development teams, knowledge of Scrum, Kabhan Knowledge of Figma and Jira Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong project management understanding, analytical, and prioritization skills Strong influencing skills to drive a direct and indirect team to execute product strategy Qualifications Degree Educated You will Standout if You Have Experience working in a start-up/FinTech environment would be advantageous Experience in scaling product from zero to thousands of customers and use-cases Experience in the Microsoft Cloud Stack, AzureML, Synapse Proven understanding of global financial markets and the specific user workflows across Quantitative Analytics and Risk Management Proven experience of delivering products that use analytics & financial data Compensation/Benefits Information (New York City applicants only): LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $150,000 - $278,600. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our annual incentive (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience. qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work experience
Experience in Learning, Talent Management space
Experience in a dynamic product management role overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Knowledge of SaaS solutions, implementation, and ongoing management
Self-motivated learner with superior analytical, problem-solving, pragmatism and organization skills
Experience in productivity software like Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Knowledge of software development, testing, maintenance, and support
Good Mentorship skills to provide guidance and timely feedback for other developers
Knowledge of the Atlassian suite of products - Confluence & Jira
Experience in build vs buy analysis with reasoning and ROI
Experience in analyzing business/employee needs, current market trends, and HR Tech systems and designing exceptional employee experiences
Experience in supporting HR lines of business, such as operations teams, HR Business Partners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as clearly articulating and presenting to the executive level
